Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Large furniture pieces typically arrive via white-glove delivery within 2-4 weeks, while smaller home accents ship via ground and arrive within 5-7 business days.
Do you offer international shipping for home goods?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for home items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
